Mario Frendo and Matthew, you should be ashamed of yourselves to write in that way. Politics have nothing to do with loosing the Roman Villa and and all the beautiful sites on the islands of Malta. Have some sense in your mind and think twice if not more. Loosing precious things for good would make Malta poorer than it is. Other countries are jealous of our historical sites, since they do not have as much as we do. Learn to preserve all that is maltese. IF Roman Villa in Ramla is lost, it is lost for ever and all the work to cover it again under the sand to preserve it for the future will be in vain. Love Malta and not Politics! |

Now that the main development permit has been revoked, how about turning our attention to the obviously illegal structure that has been erected across on the other side of the bay? It is hideous, and if allowed to remain in its present condition, it may only attract other similar monstrosities to mushroom into another Armier, Bahar ic-Caghaq, and other similar illegalities all over our tiny islands. Action Committee, action please, NOW, before it is too late. |

I was surprised with the reaction of Mario Bonello. He should have been more disgusted with this government who has appointed such people on the MEPA board who are ready to approve anything that has the government blessing. |

I was disgusted to hear the leader of the opposition saying that the Government found a legal excuse in order to block this project from happening and use this project for the PN governmnet's political interest! They were so against the projet and now that it was revoked, they still crticize this decision?? |
